Dear Sravani,
Myself Sudha Sundriyal , I am working a PVt. ltd Company in Delhi we get project from state Govts. of Organic Farming and i work as Project Coordinator, you have recently heard about Organic Pulses, Vegetables yes we are motivating farmer to do that and their whole documentation was managed by us. I had 4 yrs of experince purely in Organic Farming and overall 6 yrs job working experience. As this is a new field so job opportunities are less for me, so i am worried abt my carrer hw i will grow.
and truly speaking i had tried bt nt get a job in HR and nw as i am experienced it is becoming more difficult to start and i have no friend or relative related to HR. So i was nt able to get right guidance and as i done BSC i get interested in Organic Farming so continued bt nw growth is stagnant. So, please tell me which HR field suits me as there is lot of HR roles as generalist, recuriter etc.
Thanks
Sudha

Hello Friends,
I agree with Sravani. For a non HR background person, recruitment is an easy option to start a career in HR. However you don't get much salary here in the beginning. Recruitment is such an option that only those should go for it who can withstand the day to pressure. Generalist profile is very rare and MBA into HR is mostly preferred however you can get this too in small firms.

Hi Sudha,
Choosing a right job is really a tough decision. One should always follow ones interest and passion. Never go for what others say you.
If you feel that HR is the best job for you and you will excel in HR only then go for it. No job is tough or easy. It all depends on a person's talent, skills and interest.
You will get many opportunities in HR in Delhi and NCR. Recruitment is the evergreen vacancies. Register in job portals. Spend 1-2 hours searching job on net and follow up with the companies. You will definitely get.

Dear Sravani,
Truly speaking i love to work in the field of Organic Farming as it is helping India by providing pure food to individuals bt it will take time but no growth in this field.

Dear Sudha,
Dont u worry dear, it is the worst time in life when v search for jobs.........
I was a fresher with mba hr degree tried for 6 months but didnt got job in this field so shifted to IT sector but had a zeal for working in HR, i tried in industry set ups and got the job in hr department as an asst. hr manager, u also try in the industrial areas located near ur city, u will definetely get a job in hr n no doubt u will enjoy it.
Just drop ur resumes physically in 5 to 6 industries which are local based, just enter them n learn , gain experience and try for big giants......
Think positive and u will receive positive responses.
