I am an MBA Finance currently working with a top IT MNC as a Business Analyst for 2.5 years. I would like to make a transition in my career and move to a suitable human resource role.
I have tried switching my role in my company, but due to my educational background in Finance and experience in a non-human resource field, I am not getting any opportunities.
Could you all please suggest a few certification courses I can undertake to enhance my skill set?
