What Bhumi said isabsolutely correct. Whatever site ur using for jobs block the name of ur company first. Do ur job diligently so that ur boss is not able to point a finger on you. Search for a job. Do not disclose to anyone till you leave the company with the Service Certificate. Who is the boss of ur boss? How is ur relation with ur GM(HR)'s bosss?

Dont be surprised that your Boss have found that u have updated your CV on job portal.. as its not difficult to find out that...updated resume are seen up with the date of updation...
Its a strange practice that HR has to serve food and all...
