i am absolutely agree of the statement and suggestion given by Miss Nandini,but formost important is, you should be honest to yourself.
Interviewers are also trying to check your confidence level and the way you are presenting the answer,it may change from one to another interviewer,but make it sure the ans should be ready before hand by identifying your weakness and strength.

All the suggestions are trying lead Neha to answer. The best would be to decide on what you replied is true to your self and justify. However it is true that one must be bold enough to say could not get other streams hence chose HR, if that is the case. Be truthfull to yourself and it will work.

Please clarify my quiries, An employee working pvt concern he is eligible for PL, SL & CL if the person applied for continues leave for one week in the middle of the week one day falls on national holiday, another one is festival holiday and third days falls sunday. Whether i have to deduct this three days from his PL or without deducting this three days from his PL can i pay full month salary.
