Dear Friends,

I received this PowerPoint in an email. I hope you all like it. "Does success kill creativity?" Do you agree? Please share your views. I don't know if it has been posted already, but I really like this story.

Thank you.

Yes, of course, Mr. Nagarjuna. Even I too experienced the same while I was working. The manager was not satisfied with my style of work. He asked me to work in his style. I won't think whatever style we work, the output is important rather than input or type of work. Many cannot understand this, so the freshers are not getting opportunities to improve their skills.

Anyways, your feedback was very nice. Thank you for your feedback. Have a nice day :)

Nice presentation, Amirtha.

Yes, once we find the way, we often don't think, or our quest ends for any alternative way out. However, in the given case, it is a bit too hypothetical, as I had also thought of the other route.

Hello dear Amirtha,

A simple and sweet story, it's simple but says a lot. Nice one. Yes, especially for fresher org, is not giving a chance to perform in their own way. They are not putting trust, so maybe because of this, creativity will become a roadblock for them. In that case, what should they do? Kindly guide me.

Keep posting...

Thank you.

Thank you a lot, Akshama, Suresh, Princy Bhatt, Sudhir Kumar, Mehrotra, Bhaskar, PBS Kumar, Sarwan, and Suman Dev for your valuable feedback.

@PBS Kumar, you are absolutely right. Everyone, from entry-level to CEO level, should know how to utilize their talent. Nowadays, people don't often get the chance to prove themselves - one reason being fear, and another being rejection. Whoever it may be, they should overcome these obstacles to succeed. God has gifted us with a good hard disk in our brain; let's use it efficiently. Very true, sir :)

Dear Amirtha,

I like the concept and the idea. One comes across a lot of content, but rarely do you find one to ponder upon. This was good.

Thanks for sharing this with us.

Cheers,
