Presently i am pursuing PGDM-HR & Operations.Now i am in Internship, In 2 months i will be in market.My background is Btech (Electronics and communication Engineering).I am very much Interested in payroll and manufacturing industry.I heard manufacturing industry is not good for girls...is it correct? I got training in HRMS payroll and BI. i want to start career in payroll only.Till now i didn't see even one payroll opening also for freshers. what i have to do ? I am very much tension about my career.Please give me your valuable suggestions....
