I am in the same boat as you. Now its been 2 years since i left my job as a HR executive with a retail format. I have been concerned with the fact that i am not updated about my field as on today's date. But i still keep updating my resume on job portals and i do recieve calls for interviews. May be now i need to start reading more and keep trying to look for a suitable opportunity.
