Kindly guide me for career in core HR generalist. Do I need to join HR training institutes or there are companies which make employees learn while on the job training. Preferred location sector-62 Noida.

Why are you interested in HR?
Join a good institute/college and get basic HR qualifications which will give a basic foundation of theory of HR as a subject.
Practical work in any organisation will then be easier,though practical life and theory are different.
If you get a good boss or working partners in the office your journey will be easier.

A very few companies encourage studying while working, as some bosses may feel that you will be wasting company's time. As our learned professionals opined above, much depends upon what kind boss you are reporting to. I know of some bosses who even teaches his team members during spare time. Having said that, you should develop your own skills aside your official commitments. Organisation will be happy and ready to use your knowledge and skills but may not contribute directly towards that. Some companies reimburse you the course fees, if it is their policy. Therefore, you develop your skills at your spare time, at your cost so that there will be commitment from your end to achieve something, which your heart and mind ready to accept it. There are a lot of online courses from reputed institutions available and choose when which has good reviews.

Since you want to pursue your career in core HR, you should be thorough with HR basics and theories. Core HR relates to basic fundamentals & concepts of HR, something which you can learn only in institutes. Knowledge regarding these fundamentals-concepts act as a guideline during your practical training/work life in organizations (where you deal with humans/systems/policies/practices/etc). So, as you have rightly said, please pursue studies with an institute that has sandwich course curriculum. So, look for courses that offer intensive Field-work as a part of their curriculum. This will give you exposure to practical environment backed up with theoretical knowledge, something that'll help you a lot during your professional life.
