Dear Seniors,
I recently attended two interviews, one for IT Recruiter in an IT Recruitment Solutions Company and another interview which I attended was for HR & Admin Executive in a 500 employee strong Pest Control Services company. I got selected in both of them.
The IT Recruiter salary offered is more than HR and Admin Executive.
I have done MBA-HR and have 2 yrs experience in a small size firm as an Admin Executive. Now I want to start in HR field, but I am confused in which of the two offers to choose and what factors must be considered while making the decision? Which is better for a career?

Hi,
Here is the breif detail about both the jobs:

Call them and finding if they are available for this job opening.
If they are fine with the job proposal, scheduling the interviews with client.

You need to achieve the targets assigned by your team-Leads. For example 5 Placements in a Week/ 20 Placements in a month, etc.

Recruitment in one of the HR Area,HR & Admin is having all the others areas along with recruitment if you are intereste in recruitment then you wll join in IT Recruimtment company or else you will join in other compny which offers you HR & Admin position.
As my experience its better to get a chance of learning all other HR areas like starting from joining formalities to exit formalities (employee data maintainance, leaves & time managementpayroll, statutory,F&F settlements,HR audits,Employee enagement activies etc)
I started my career as a IT Recruiter in small consultancy i worked with dat company nearly 1.2yrs,later i joined as a HR & Admin Executive in a thermal power generating company there i expossed to all HR Roles and i became strong in payroll & statutory now iam working as a payroll Executive in one of the top company. My friends who are in Recruiment side they are still in that field only.
Think wisely and then deciside ...ALL THE BEST
