On-ground working experience, coupled with company policies, and if it's an FM company managing clients' facility, it becomes important to ensure that all reports and feedback systems developed are improving performance delivery and customer satisfaction. Vendor control and management are also equally important. I suggest you have your own look at the ADM and FM activities on-site and generate reports.
