How to chose between two job offers- parameters to consider


I have a total of 4 years of work experience. Fortunately, I have received 2 offers to join. One offer is from IBM and the other is from Client HP under Ecentric payroll.

Please advise me on which offer would be best to accept and what factors I should consider in order to make the most informed decision.

you better go for direct offer from IBM which will add your profile to a large extant

I agree you should join IBM on a company payroll. Working with a company would give you other benefits along with pay.
