Dear Friends ,
Previously I was also like that only. But I suddenly i felt that i am not in the right path. So i changed the dept to HR Generalist. At that time my compensation is too bad like anything even at that time i was felt happy. Bcoz i was in a correct place. bcoz each & every one will say some thing but only the person by our self will only face every thing. If you people are feeling this is not a right place to work plz get out from there and get to job what you want. dont think about what your getting money feel what you are getting the exps.So that will help you people to come up.
Always share your Exps, that will make some people to get up from the ground.

Dear Ashu & Rajinder,,,
As kamal said,,, no doubt there is no career growth in consultancies,,, moreover your experience of working in a consultancy will not counted until you will be applying for a recruitment job in any company.. and it almost impossible to get a generalist Hr job in an MNC with experience of recruitment in an consultancy...
what my suggestion to you is rather thinking for an MNC... try for each & every company in any sector.. that will give you a much better exposure of corporate.... companies other then MNC's are the companies which are always in transformation phase to become an MNC or to build such culture & business environment which prevails in MNC's... Working in such companies ( as I am doing) will give you more confidence,, learning, grooming, knowledge to prepare yourself to be a part of an MNC company...
All the Best....

Hi,
I want to share some thing here, i have started my career as a lecturer for MBA, then worked as HR recruiter in a Management consultancy and then changed my profile as HR executive in a ITES company with generalist role, and from there now working as ASST Manager HR in a software company.
What i want to tell from my career growth is where ever you want to be, just think and proceed you can achieve what you want.
