Sorry for joining in late on the post. Thanks to Ranjan Kr. Srivastava for sharing the "Interview Exit Form". I thought of adding some design elements to Ranjan Kr. Srivastava's contribution and creating something that can be used by all Citehr members.
The Ms Word file is in an editable format and can be customized as per your individual needs.
