I am setting up a training department which will manage a complement of 630 staff. Please could anyone who has experience share with me how you did this. Also, i need help with:-
1) generic positions, organisation structure of training department.
2) Generic job descriptions.
3) process structure

1.Generic positions, organisation structure of training department.
This depends on the work load and the organization structure but I would imagine in my mind that you need on Training & development manager and tow Training Specialist or Administrator.
2.Generic job descriptions
I cam across a job description for training & Development manager from that you can break down few functions and make a job descriptions for your training administrator
3.process structure
as for your process structure it depends on the human resources manual of your organisation look at it map your processes and you have a process structure in had,
