I am planning a two day experiential workshop/Outbound training program for a team of around 60 people (aged between 25 to 50 years). The outcome of the workshop should be team bonding and taking the extra edge @ work.

This is more of a Team building event rather than a training. Very first thing, if you tell that this is a training they will be least interested,BUT..But if you tell them that this is an event , the response will totally be different.
You will get more participation (eagerly waiting for the event to start) for event rather than training. More eager more commitment and thus a better output. So half of your battle you have won by using "Event" rather than "Training"
