I like to say that can anyone please share me exit formalities for employees . like what docs should be filled by employee at the time leaving the company? What is systematic process of exit, so that in future any grievances cant be occur ,please give me soft copy for the same .

Dear Mr.Ankith,
If anyone resigns,first we should counsel them to stay back by explaining benefits comparing with future employer of his/her.
Then if didn't agree to stay back,have an exit interview ,make him fill the no due form,then give the relieving and experience letter.
This should be done on last date of his service.

Hi,
Added to the above please ensure you collect all office equipment ((e.g. computer/ laptop, calculator, ID card etc) which were provided to employee to do the work. This should reflect in No due certificate. Also please ensure of deductions like shortfall notice period, penalty for loss of company property are considered in the full and final settlement. Also in the No due certificate the Technical HOD should certify that the resigned employee had completed the work assigned to him.
