Dear sir / madam
I m joining a medical institution, I do not have any experience of HR Policies of medical organization / Hospitals.
Where i am going to join that organisation does not have any HR Policy they wants me to form the policy to bring discipline in organization.
There must be a medical staff of Doctors, Nurses, Wardboys, Aayas, pathlogy staff, Radiation, radiologist etc. and Non medical office staff.
So basically I would like to know policies regarding there leaves, Working Hrs. probation periods,etc.
so will you guide me in this regards please

HR manual should be contains recruitment & selection policy, grievance handling, hr laws for hospital, organization structure, trade union in hospitals, performance apprisal, leave policy, pay roll, manpower sources & budgeting.. etc...
