if u need expertise in hr then u start ur carrier as hr executive,that u not get directly ,if u have complete post graduation in hr means it possible ,also sap hr is not as easy as u think ,if u know hr pracices very well then it easy one,join hr executive,then according to ur job requirement u do hr course
