Dear sir,
I submitted my PF form at EPFO Bandra through the HR desk on May 25, 2015. They submitted the form on June 30, 2015. However, the claim has been rejected because I did not submit Form 15G.
I have two options:
1. I can submit it by post.
2. Please provide a sample filled Form 15G.
If I do not submit Form 15G, they will reduce my PF amount as per the rules. But why are they causing this delay?
