There are no entries of PF amount (employee + employer share) found in my EPFO member passbook. Hence, it is concluded that there have been no transactions made by my previous employer regarding PF contributions that were deducted from my salary every month during my 12-month tenure with the previous company. Kindly assist me in processing my PF settlement as soon as possible.
P.S: I have tried to contact my previous employer regarding this issue, but I am not receiving a proper response from them. I have also registered an online complaint about this, but there have been no replies yet.

Please submit your written complaint giving necessary details/documents to the jurisdictional EPFO. While in employment, were you not aware of the remittance position? Whether the company was remitting contributions regularly? Check with other employees to get clarity on the matter.
