My colleagues' claim for monthly pension in Form 10D got rejected due to:
KINDLY ENCLOSE NON-EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE ALONG WITH ATTESTED AADHAAR PROOFS OF FAMILY MEMBERS.
2) FORM NOT SIGNED BY MEMBER/APPLICANT
Can someone help me with the format of this non-employment certificate? Also, I am not able to understand how to sign the form when the claim was filed online in the PF portal through Aadhaar verification.

Pl recheck the reply from EPFO as pensioners are required to submit only the life certificate and not the non-employment certificate. Also, the Adhaar details of the family members are not relevant.

My colleague had completed 70 years of age, and as such, no employee can ever join EPS after they attain 58 years of age. So, how is the non-employment certificate relevant in this case?
Also, when e-nomination is filed, family members' Aadhar number is verified with Aadhar data for verification of Name, Gender, Date of birth, etc., and e-nomination is submitted after e-signing through Aadhar authentication.
So, not able to understand why the claim is rejected with the above-mentioned reasons.
