Hi, I have been trying to transfer PF claim from the previous organization to the current organization but I am facing issues with it.
My claim was rejected twice with the reason "WAGES MORE THAN 15K PLS SUBMIT PREVIOUS DETAILS/REVISED FORM 3A 2) CLAIM ALREADY SETTLED."
Recently, the rejection reason was changed to "WHO JOINED AFTER 01/09/2014 MORE THAN 15000 WAGES NOT AN EPS MEMBER 2) FATHER'S NAME DIFFER."
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RESOLVE THIS?

That is the way in which the EPF organization is working nowadays. Earlier, the EPFO was meant for its members, but now it is trying to make trouble for its members. You will get more and more reasons like this every time you try to transfer the funds.
It is true that employees who joined later than September 2014 with a salary of more than Rs 15,000 will not be eligible for a pension, but there is no restriction for them to get covered under EPF and contribute to the PF fund. The system will also accept the contributions, and at the time of contributing, these kinds of questions will not pop up. But when you leave the company and join another company, and when you transfer the account from the old one to the new one, this question will come up. Then you have to give a declaration that you were contributing only to PF and not to the Pension Fund, or your PF qualifying salary was Rs 15,000, even though together with allowances which would not qualify for PF, your salary was higher than Rs 15,000, etc. This will have to be sent to the EPFO. Try that.

Yes, my EPF claims are also being rejected with false reasons:
1) WAGES MORE THAN 15000 AT TIME OF JOINING PLEASE PROVIDE PREVIOUS SERVICE DETAILS FOR EPS MEMBERSHIP
2) FATHER'S NAME DIFFERS
3) CLAIM ALREADY SETTLED
Millions (2. Bad bribed government employees 1. Bad business people give bribes and earn 3. Bad bribed ministers) are intentionally rejecting EPF claims to do scams. At the end of the day, EPFO is the world's biggest scam.

Yes, I had the same case of a 15k wage PF per month. The way we resolved the issue was by submitting a Declaration letter stating the erroneous contribution made, along with the employer seal and signature on the declaration form. Form 3A was then submitted to the Concerned PF office. After 3 to 4 follow-ups, the issue got settled.
Employers must support the employee until they get their PF transferred. In this case or any other case, before submitting the original copy to the PFO, keep one set of xerox copies with you. In case the PFO asks for a resubmission of the form, you can submit the xerox copy. This approach will be very helpful in all discrepancy cases.
