Dear Ms. Preeti Gupta,

Before you ask this question, ask yourself, is my organization a training organization? What kind of training practices are being followed in my organization? Though learning is far more than training, training is the first step towards learning.

You can refer to the following book. In the first chapter, an excellent difference is given on "learning" and "training". The book also has an audit checklist to review the current learning practices in the company.

"Increasing Profitability by the Effective use of Learning" by Pat Hedges published by Kogan Page.

You can refer to the book and make changes in your company. However, it would require a lot of commitment from your top management.

If you wish to avail of my consulting services, it would be my pleasure to provide them. I have been in training and development for the last decade and have provided training services to 20+ industries covering 55+ companies.

To inform you about my training activities, I have attached my Training e-Brochures to this post. In case you are unable to download, you can click the following link to download them.

Thanks,
