I have 5 years of working experience, with 3 years as an MBA faculty and 2 years in HR and admin work. Now, I want to open my HR institute in Jaipur where I will provide practical training on payroll management, payroll software live training, HR audit, etc.

Initially, I am considering joining some institutes to see what they offer, and then I will plan accordingly.

What do you suggest? Please guide me on how to start my institute, what steps to take, and what to avoid. Your help is much appreciated.

Thank you, Mr. Dinesh. I want to know particularly about my idea. I mean, I want to start an HR institute where I will provide training on Payroll management and HR Audit specifically. But, is it sufficient? Currently, I am alone in this, so I just need assurance. I want guidance about this.

Dear Monika,

Follow your own ideas and intellect. Do research on the subject and its market. Do not look for any suggestions from outside. It's your world and your future. No one else will be able to guide you better than you yourself. Somebody can be a leader in his own domain but not necessarily guide you in areas that do not belong to him. Have faith in yourself and Go Bang! All the Best!

Hi!

When someone wants to create a business outfit, such as a school or a training institute, the first thing you should do is create your organizational and business concept and register it with the appropriate government regulating body/agency so your business will have a legal personality to engage in business. Then make sure to define the services that you want to offer to your clients and the competitive fees that you plan to charge them.

Initially, you may do it alone. However, if you have enough budget, perhaps you can hire some help to handle the non-training activities that your business needs, such as janitorial and security. As your business grows, you can then add more personnel.

Best wishes and good luck!
