I worked at Company A. Then, I resigned, served notice, and subsequently joined Company B. However, I later left Company B without providing any notice. I managed to record the exit date and withdraw my PF from Company B. Now, I do not wish to disclose my experience at Company B to a potential employer, Company C. Should I include the PF number from Company A when informing my current employer, Company C? Although I do not intend to transfer any funds, I cannot leave the PF number field blank when completing PF Form 11 for Company C, correct?

If you have withdrawn your PF it means that you do not have any existing PF account. Therefore in PF Form 11, you can leave the PF no blank.

@saswatabanerjee Thank you for your reply. But won’t the new company force me to mention my last PF no.?
