To create a grade pay system for a startup company and implement enrollment for employees in PF and ESI, here are some suggestions on establishing a salary structure that includes employer contributions to PF and ESI. Currently, we have around 25 employees.

First of all, as the organization already has around 25 employees (probably excluding contractual - but as per law, they will also need to be counted), there is no scope for planning; rather, it should be immediately obtained the PF & ESIC Codes to enroll the employees.

Remuneration structure always depends on the nature of business, capacity to pay, market trends, etc. In the absence of those, it is not possible to suggest anything.
