Hello everyone,
We received multiple messages from the PF office regarding the last date for employers to forward applications for pensions on higher wages to the EPFO. Please ensure that all applications are forwarded before the deadline of 30.01.2025.
We have already filled out the Higher Pension forms and submitted the PF/pension wages as per the ECR. However, the PF office has requested clarifications for each case. The following issues have been raised:
1) Contributions to the Provident Fund on wages exceeding the prevailing wage ceilings of Rs. 5,000/- and Rs. 6,500/-, if any, have not been received as per the office records.
2) The employer(s) has/have not approved the Joint Option.
Kindly guide us on how to resolve the query and what documents need to be uploaded again, as we have already uploaded the correct wages as per the ECR.
