Dear Sunny Ji,
Firstly, I'd like to clarify that a father-in-law's pension cannot be credited to his son-in-law's account. If the pension has not been credited for the last three months, please check if a living certificate is required. Pensioners usually need to submit a certificate confirming they are alive at least once a year, typically in November for most banks. It's possible that your father-in-law did not submit this certificate last November, causing a delay in his pension credit. The bank handling the pension would be able to provide more details on this matter.
Kind regards,
From India, Pune

Hi, Sir,
Thank you for your prompt response.
His pension is being credited to his own account. I am following up for the reason that the pension was not credited to his account in April 2011. The pensions for March 2011 and May 2011 have been received. I have enclosed the bank statement for your reference, which shows that the pension for April has not been received.
The living certificate has already been submitted to the bank by the pension holder.
I kindly request your assistance regarding this matter.

Dear Kumar,
What Shyam Agrawal has stated is correct. No one can withdraw the pension without any valid reasons. First, you should approach the bank officials and inquire about the Life certificate. If it has not been produced yet, please do so immediately. The pensioner must personally submit the delayed life certificate at the concerned PF Office. I am enclosing the life certificate for your use; kindly obtain the Bank Manager's signature before proceeding to the PF Office.
Best of luck...

I fail to understand how you think anyone at CiteHR can help you in this matter. You need to take this up with both the bank and also the authority that pays the pension. They are the only people who can solve this problem for you.

You first need to download the existence certificate from the LIC website and submit the duly filled-in existence certificate along with the PF Pension number mentioned in it. Get it signed by the Medical Practitioner (DOCTOR) and submit the original to The LIC office (Santacruz, Mumbai). For the exact location, contact the Accounts Department or PF Department of the company. Do not forget to take the acknowledgment on the copy of the existence certificate by the officers at LIC.
Contact the company for follow-up, as LIC will send a letter to the company regarding the continuation of PF Pension for the employee. This Existence certificate is required to be submitted by the PF Pension holder once in three years if the age is less. It varies in case the age of the Pension Account Holder is more.

Dear Viren Solanki,
Please check the details you have provided. To the best of my knowledge, LIC is in no way connected with EPS pension disbursements. Additionally, the life certificate is required to be produced once a year, specifically in the month of November annually.
