I worked in an organization for 10 months and joined another organization after a gap of another 10 months. I raised a request for PF transfer from the old account to the new account. My old establishment maintained some amount for pension from its share. However, my new establishment doesn't have a provision for pension. My claim was settled within 4 weeks, but the pension amount of about ₹9000 was not transferred to the new account. Is there any way through which I can get the said amount from the pension? I have not attained 58 years of age, and neither have I completed 3 years of service including both organizations.
In my current account, a part of employer's share is not contributed to the Pension. All the amount goes to PF. However in my previous organization, some part of Employer's share was put in the pension account which finally amounted to about ₹9000. But after my transfer claim was settled, I'm unable to see the said pension of amount of ₹9000 in the passbook of the new account.
To access your UAN member portal, log in with your UAN. Two different passbooks will be visible. Download both; one will show the settled account, and the other will display the received amount. You can view the pension details in the passbook as well.
The settled account only shows the PF portion. There is no mention of the pension. In the portion where the monthly contribution is mentioned, I can see the PF amount that was credited from my previous account. However, the pension amount is shown as 0.
if the previous service is 5+ years then follow the last column of old passbook , EPS share is not displayed in form 23 , but in member passbook its displayed on UAMmember portal
The amount received in the passbook only shows the PF amount. There is no mention of the pension amount.
Also, in the section where the monthly contributions are detailed, I can see the PF amount received from the previous account, but the pension amount is stated as 0.

I calculated. It doesn’t include the Pension amount. It only sums up to the PF amount including the interest.
I calculated. It only sums up to the PF amount and interest. The total amount to be received should have been about 26k but I only received 17k.

I was supposed to get 26k for both pension and PF. I only received 17k. Also, in the passbook where the monthly contribution is updated, I can see the PF amount from my previous account, but in the pension column, the amount is zero.
