I got terminated from MNC (A) Company because in my previous company, I was engaged in dual employment at (B) (C) Company, and I failed to disclose my employment at (C) Company in my CV when joining MNC (A) Company. The termination was mentioned in my experience letter from MNC (A) Company.

What reasons can I provide for both terminations and my UAN history when discussing with HR/Company while transitioning to a new company to ensure they accept it? The UAN portal shows two entries for (B) and (C) companies in my service history.

During the background verification process conducted by the new company, will MNC (A) Company disclose the reason for termination or not?
