Dear KVE,
Greetings of the day.
Training and Development is a vast topic. As correctly said by Mr. V. Raghunathan, you need to identify your requirements. If not, then you need to have a standard training and development process in which all departments can align.
Topics in Presentation:
- Training and Development Meaning
- Need for training and development in the company
- Processes that require Training and Development
- Different types of training: classroom training, OJT, Capsule Training, Needs-based training
You can make it more dynamic.

Dear KVE,
I have provided responses on training-related subjects numerous times. Whether it is Training Need Analysis or the measurement of training effectiveness, I have addressed these topics. It is unclear why you have not received these responses. Nevertheless, you can refer to my comprehensive reply by clicking on the following link:

There is no standard training process. The process must be customized based on the requirements of your company/industry. Therefore, please respond to the following questions:
a) What is the nature of your industry? What is your finished product?
b) How do you measure customer satisfaction?
c) Have you conducted any organizational surveys?
d) What are your current Training and Development practices?
e) Have you identified the direct and indirect costs associated with your business? If so, have you measured them scientifically? You need to align your training efforts to optimize these costs.
f) Lastly, your training process will be influenced by the training budget allocated by the management. Is your management truly committed to employee training, or is it merely superficial?
Thanks,

The key point in your message is "in my organisation." We do not work for your organization. We do not know anything about your organization. If you find anything posted here, it relates solely to the organization of the OP, which in all probability, will be totally different from your organization. You need to look at the T&D process as it exists at the present time in YOUR organization and discuss that. If you do not have a T&D process in YOUR organization, then you need to build one - or outsource the task to someone who can do that for you, if you do not have the necessary training knowledge and skills to do it. Dinesh has covered the essentials. You need to put in the work now, and work out what the requirements of YOUR organization are.

Hi KVE,
As you have mentioned that you are looking for training and development processes. Surely, I agree with other people who have commented well and told you to explain if you are looking for anything specific.
Regarding your pre-presentation preparation, I would suggest that first, you cover the basics of T&D, including the differences as per the hierarchy requirements of your industry as an example. Then, explain who and how departments can determine who needs T&D and for what purposes, as well as understanding their specific requirements. This should be followed by understanding what you need to know about your industry, the parameters, and modes of training methods, i.e., on-the-job or off-the-job, suitable as per the requirements of the individual being trained/developed. This should be followed by analyzing the training and development process and collecting feedback. You can also consider traditional steps, which can be easily found through a Google search.
I suggest customizing the training process as per your organizational requirements and industry standards.
I hope these suggestions will work for you.
