Come on, you are in L&D, and you must use the most essential needs analysis tool in your arsenal for your own needs assessment. Are you looking for skill-based training, knowledge-based training, or tech-based training?
Get started, right there.
I will give you a hint - don't waste your time with skill-based programs (training skills); instead, go for a knowledge-based program (MBA) or something that gets your foot inside the corporate door - understanding business.
These days, L&D is driven by technology. That may be an option for you to work with an LMS company if you are very good with your instructional design.
