- Nature of Company: Is it an audit firm, Big 4, or any other international network?
- Number of Employees?

TNA starts with the balance sheet of your company. Now, how many HR personnel have access to the balance sheet, and if they have access, how many can derive the training needs from the balance sheet is a moot point.

TNA starts with the business performance. From business performance, we come down to individual performance.

Secondly, you need to know what KPIs are applicable to your industry/company. Unless you start measuring them, you won't come to know where you are failing and why you are failing. This is the sound method of conducting TNA.
