Hello everyone,

Just wondering if under the PMRPY scheme, the limit is Rs. 15,000 gross salary? If it is Rs. 15,000 gross, can someone please share a document verifying the same, ideally, a notification of some sort.

Information here on the PMRPY Scheme is very useful. However, one clarification is needed: if there is a fall in actual ECR hands in any month from the base month (say, March 2018), will the benefit under PMRPY for the new entrants still be available?

For Example:

Total On-Roll Hands ECR Contributory Hands
In March 2018: 4500 4200
April 2018: 200 New Recruits
April 2018: 150 Left
Total in April 2018: 4550 4150

Due to absenteeism, the contributory hands in ECR for April 2018 are reduced by 50 hands despite the new recruitment of 200 hands. Will these new 200 hands receive the benefit of PMRPY if they are otherwise eligible? If anyone can clarify this, please do so.

Whether the outsourced contractors has to enroll the staff in pmrpy, whether there is any liability to the organization associated with the vendor in this enrollment

Outsourced contractors having separate registration will do it at their portal. In case they don't have separate registration but you have enrolled their employees under your PF registration, then you can consider enrollment under your PMRPY.

Hi,

I need some clarification on PMRPY. Please, can someone help me?

1. We registered under EPF in July 2017. All employees are registered for the EPF for the first time (previously, no UAN generated for any employee).

2. Can we claim reimbursement (Employer Contribution) for previously registered employees under the PMRPY Scheme?

3. Can we get the same employees under PMRPY whose wages are under 15000?

4. While registering under EPF, the employee base was 23, and now we are only 9. Can we register under this scheme?

Your prompt response will be appreciated.

Benefit of PMRPY is available only for employment generation and in your case you have degenerated employment from 23 to 9.
