Hi,

Out of the above list, my suggestion would be to go for the following topics:
11. Training Need Analysis - Process Steps: An Overview
12. Feedback of a Training Programme vs. Evaluation of a Training Programme - A Study
15. Communication Systems as a Leverage to Efficiency - An Overview

The above topics, in my view, are the best to choose from.

Hi Jharna,

First, I request you to visit https://www.citehr.com/344621-what-project-report-means-student.html#axzz1WgiRLgqV before discussing subject selection for your project report. I am sure this resource can help you understand where to start and which subject to choose. A project report is more than just a report; it is an opportunity to showcase what we have learned so far and our areas of specialization. It also provides self-realization and sets the path for our future career, emphasizing aspects that are important.

Secondly, it would be beneficial if you could share the subject you are interested in and why you want to pursue it. This information can assist you and others in making a good choice for subject selection. Understanding why universities, mentors, and guides ask students to work on a specific subject for their projects is essential before proceeding further.

Thank you.

These are priority-wise projects you can undertake, as major companies are currently facing these issues and require professionals with knowledge of these critical matters.

This is my opinion based on my experience:

1. Industrial Relations Issues - A Snapshot

- Most MBAs are focusing on strategic HR with little attention given to the crucial subject of Industrial Relations. Understanding IR issues beforehand will be an added advantage to your profile.

2. Work-Life Balance - A Necessity and Imperative HR Initiative

- Work-Life Balance is another critical topic that many top and middle-level corporations are addressing for their employees. The primary concern here is the efficient and effective implementation of WLB strategies.

3. Communication Systems as a Lever for Efficiency - An Overview

- Communication systems are crucial for the corporate sector (especially if you aim to work in a corporate or headquarters setting). Developing and streamlining communication channels is of utmost importance.

These are solely my views, and you are free to choose the project that aligns best with your interests.

Hi,

I need a little guidance on the topic "Communication Systems as a Leverage to Efficiency - An Overview". Do we have to mention the different types of communications, i.e., radio, telephonic, internet, satellite, etc., or can we just concentrate on business communication?

Thanks,
