Job Description for Business Development Profile
1. Client Generation
2. Proficient in Pitching and Presenting to companies.
3. Self-motivated with enthusiasm for work.
4. Coordination with the client regarding JD and requirements.
5. Client Follow-up
6. Interacting with Clients on a weekly basis.
7. Good knowledge of the market.
8. Generating leads through references, the Internet, newspapers, etc.
9. Should be able to communicate the team about JD from the client in simple terms.
10. Ability to differentiate between companies and bring in a set number per month from various sectors such as IT, FMCG, FMCD, Manufacturing, service industry, etc. Understanding the potential of HRIs, they should target companies accordingly.
11. Ensuring a consistent pool of business to avoid idle time.
12. Drive client feedback about the service.
13. Ability to handle client escalations, pressure, and the team effectively.
14. Should have the drive to capture market opportunities.
15. Understanding the concept of LIFO (Last In, First Out) is crucial. Personally, my opinion is that if you receive a lead, be prepared to pitch instantly to avoid losing the opportunity to competitors.
