Hi, I have recently taken up the role of operations head in a background verification company. I am trying to design KRAs and KPIs related to productivity, turnaround time, QC errors, fake deductions, etc. For the TAT calculation, I have derived from the start date and the end date of the closure of each check and given points (5) and (-5) accordingly. This is done weekly to arrive at a certain point. I would appreciate suggestions on more measures and calculations to formulate incentive plans for the team.
