There are many software recently i tried with TPS360. The phsycometric test is based on 33 behavior here. chk out they give one same test also try it and then take decision . I felt its a good one.

I am using Psychometric test for Personnel Selection, but its not a testing software. I just wanted to know if you already have set questions - psychometric test.
My company used to recruit personnel on the basis of psychometric test, but I found it tedious to analyze as it consumes lot of time and energy. I have made it Online with the help of Google docs and the analysis is very quick & easy.
