There is no need to design any new HR for any Municipal Corporation. The reason is that a Municipal Corporation is a Quasi-Government service/local body. Normally, the service rules framed for any government service will be useful. Alternatively, the existing rules framed for all the Municipal Corporations in that particular state are helpful. There will be an existing system of HRM, please check up. The public holidays, salaries, and wages are applicable to the State Government employees. The promotion procedures will be separate for each post and as notified from time to time.

What trainees typically do is they receive training from us and then leave to join other organizations for work. Is there a way to retain them within our organization through agreements?
