I have made resignation from gds Bpm in postal department before 9 month. It comes under central government, and authorities have not replied to me, what to do?

Dear Anonymous,
What are the terms of resignation as per your appointment? Is there a departmental or other type of inquiry that has been initiated against you? Do you have an acknowledgment/receipt of the submission of your resignation? Did you have proof of a reminder or follow-up?
If you want to exit clean-handed, please make further communication requesting the management to relieve you as per applicable terms. Despite their lack of response, you can approach the appellate authority appointed within your department. As a last resort, you can approach a labor officer, as every employment contract is mutual and voluntary in nature. No employer can unreasonably bind their employee against the employee's free will.
