Though all the Labour Codes have been passed and almost all states have established rules, a consensus has still not been reached between stakeholders. Consequently, there is hesitation and a final notification date for implementation has not been determined.

There are a lot of good things in the labor code for the working community. However, it also has an ugly side for small and marginal entrepreneurs. I would rather say that the delay is better for the new labor code because the current political scenario is not favorable. In our country, it is customary to oppose anything new brought by the ruling party. The reasons for protest are vague. They will oppose simply because they are in opposition. In my opinion, the working class of people should not suffer in the "Post-COVID Era." The day the law comes into force, the political circus will start. The ever-silent trade unions will wake up from hibernation. Many may question my apprehensions, but this is the reality.
