There have been Gazette Notifications on these codes on 29.9.2020 after the President's assent, which I received on my mobile. If anyone would like to share, please give me your mobile numbers, and I can share through WhatsApp. I'm trying to download them and analyze any changes compared to those gazetted in 2019. If any of our colleagues have already done this exercise, please share. However, the effective date of implementation has not been announced yet. It's widely speculated that it could be in Dec. 2020 for all four codes at once. Let me come back ASAP.
