How to manage employees easily?

Employee management is a crucial part of any organization. Better employee management is the key to a successful business. I would like to introduce an advanced solution that helps to manage your employees easily. There is an Attendance system that could be used for more than hundreds of employees.

You just need to tap on the clock-in/clock-out button in the app for your attendance. It will show your current location and time. There is no need to use a punch card anymore, which can help avoid the problems of missing cards or forgetting to bring the access card.

Every record transaction will show a report in the app and can also export the report as a CSV File. Admin & HR can check it systematically.

The other functions of TimeKompas consist of:

1. Attendance Clock in Clock out
- Check in your attendance by accessing Wifi and Location
- Replace traditional access hardware systems, saving costs

2. Leave application
- Receive instant notifications when your leave application is approved, and start planning for a vacation with ease
- Reports can be received on a monthly basis

3. Announcement in Office
- Make office announcements with just a few taps
- No more sending emails or putting up notices
- Everyone is aware of announcements through notifications
- Every team member can refer to the announcement anytime
- Date & time of announcements are well recorded

4. Financial claim & mileage tracking
- Snap a picture and submit a claim with a mobile phone
- Claim expenses instantly and no longer worry about losing those receipts
- Reports will be received on a monthly basis

5. Office International Calendar
- All public holidays are clearly visible
- Admin can also schedule Office Events in the calendar
- All team members will be notified and reminded on a specified date

6. Project & Tasks management
Manage all tasks and projects of the employees and check their status easily with this app.

Dear Aakash938,

We need a lot more information than just a five-word statement. Where are you working? What is your position? What is the problem you are facing, and what is your specific question?

If members are to help you, we need context and background. We also need one particular question, e.g., how do I deal with lateness or something similar.

Identify your problem, then use the search facility to see what has been posted previously on this topic. The search facility is at the top of the page next to the CiteHR logo.

If you need further help after that, then ask.

Thank you.

Dear colleague,

You need to reframe your question. 'Managing employees' smacks of 'controlling' them, driving, pushing them to do. Remember they are 'Human resources' and not nondescript clock numbers or a cog in the wheel. The top management and HR, in particular, need to make this paradigm shift in the way organizations view people traditionally.

When you truly believe in people as resources/partners in the progress of an organization, all people policies, programs, and processes will be directed towards making them active contributors, making them satisfied, and helping them remain productive rather than wasting energies predominantly on conflict resolutions, instituting curbs in the name of behavior controls through suppressive rules and regulations, which we regard as 'managing employees'.

I shared my thoughts, which I believe every forward-looking organization has been following for success, staying, and growing exponentially in the business. The case in point is Tatas, who have been in multiple businesses for over 150 years, similar organizations in the Mahindra group, Birlas, etc.
