Requesting Scanned Fotographs is a Part of Screening Process,,

Almost every resume is made by either a Job Site, Consultant or Copy Paste,

Every now & then the same person applies with a different format.

Having Scanned fotographs will make our job easier, we will match with the existing Database.

If we find the same CV repeated, the elimination will be easier,

Consulting Fee:
The fee structure for our executive service is as follows:
·7.33% of annual gross salary for Junior level
·9 % of annual gross salary for Mid- level positions
·11.5% of annual gross salary for Senior level positions
** Gross will include Basic, HRA, PF, LTA, Medical, Uniform allowance, soft furnishing allowance, Education allowance, periodicals allowance, conveyance and any other remuneration under any other head which is given as monthly /annual compensation. This will exclude only sales and performance incentives and stock options.

Replacement:

WE GUARANTEE : If the candidate leaves within 90 days of joining, Pathfinder Services will find a replacement which will not be charged for. This warranty is only if the candidate leaves voluntarily. We will need to be informed of candidates leaving as soon as he leaves.
