Hi can anyone help me, i have a small call center and i am facing problem in maintaining the reports and MIS as we are not very big firm and in current time cannot hire any specialist for the same..... can anyone have solution for this.

One of my brother is only High School Passed and he has done English Stenography too. Having very good knowledge of computer (MS Words) etc. etc., and have working experience of 5 years,
Pls. suggest the suitable HR Course for him through distance education programme and from where he can do such course for his bright future in HR.
