Dear Gaurav,

I handle consulting services to establish Performance Management System (PMS) in the companies. Since the subject is close to my heart, I have downloaded the PA form that you have attached to your post.

Never mind for my upfront feedback. However, for removing the misconceptions, it is worthwhile. It appears that you have great confusion on the concepts of KPIs, KRAs and JD. This problem is not with just you but large number of HR professionals. Unfortunately, you had passed of JD as the KPI.

Just recently I have uploaded "Sample KPI and KRA Manual". You may download it from the following link:

https://www.citehr.com/520630-kpis-k...tate-port.html

In the above link, you will get one more hyperlink. In this link, you will get few more links. These are my replies on the subject of PMS, KPIs, KRAs, PAs etc. Go through each link and educate yourself on this concepts.

When you attach the SMART principle to the KPIs, it becomes KRA. To understand the difference between the two, you may check my following video:

My reply may sound gratuitous, nevertheless, it is in your interest!

Thanks,
