Hi,

I need guidance on the rules and regulations for the hospitality (hotels & restaurants) sector. What should be the minimum strength of the employees (full-time and part-time), and what should be their gross salary amount for PF and ESI?

Hi,

The links shared cover PF and ESI for the manufacturing sector. Is it the same for the hospitality sector? Since the hospitality sector does not manufacture any products, is ESI applicable?
