I have to start training department in my Company (Hospitality Industry) and I am from core HR background, hence don't have any Training modules, I request you all to share some basic training modules and soft training plus train the trainer module if possible. Please note since it is budgeted company we are not hiring any external consultant but if you all can share the module and help it will be highly appreciated.
