•Employee Relations related activities
•Handling Administrative/Logistic Activities
•Recruitment Activities.
After continuously trying i am not able to get a good job . is the gap main reason so recruiter are not consulting my profile or currently i am not working that\'s why recruiters are not considering my candidature. Kindly give me your opinion.

Hi Tanu
If you expect recruiters / companies to catch you, you must show your presence. Presence like,
1) Refresh your resume on various job portals. Most of the recruiters go for active profiles as they intend to solicit active job seekers. Though this may not be true when a company is doing self hiring...but still "active profiles" carries better response.
2) There are quite a few recruitment companies of repute who provide personalized hiring solutions...try out that. But beware of frauds conducted by unprofessional consultancies.
3) Check out your social networking connections & look out to get in touch with "One level up", as they are the ones who thrives to hire subordinates to get their KRAs fulfilled.
Alternatively, give share your contact details, I may put you through some options.
Thx

The others have given some good ideas. Could you please tell us why did you leave the job in 2013 without getting another job?

make a job seeker profile on linkedin india, ask your past colleagues and college professor for writing a recommendation on linkedin.
Start joining and contributing in linkedin groups of your choice.
This will be a good option to get noticed by recruiters.
meanwhile involve yourself with volunteer work with NGOs or any other social service activity of your interest while you look for job.
This will increase your network, keep your moral high, will look positive on your profile
and will also give you personal satisfaction that you r making good use of your free time.

Hi Tanu,
I might be interested in recruiting you. Please send me the profile privately and we can fix to meet.
I am a part of a fast growing IT company in Delhi/Gurgaon, and we are looking for people to add to our strength. So recruitment and resourcing is an important function for us. The incumbent will double up to also market our human resourcing solution to recruitment consultants or resourcing teams of companies.
Good luck to you,

Dear Tanu,
I can understand your situation since even i am facing the same difficulties.
I am from Mumbai & here also the job scenario is similar. I am seeking a job in H.R. I have more than 3 years experience in recruitment. Also overall i have more than 12 years experience as Executive Secretary. But hardly any job opening is coming up for any of the fields. If anyone has good opening in either of these fields, please do revert back.
All the Best Tanu..
Regards,
Nayana
