I have a 4-year employment gap and am currently looking for a job. I am confused about how to explain this gap, so I am seeking assistance.
I have three questions:
1. How should I explain a 4-year gap in an interview?
2. How can I display this gap on my resume?
3. During this 4-year period, I worked with a friend who would take small government contracts (such as data entry work) under his name. I do not have any documentation to prove that I was involved in any business activities during this time. How should I address this?
